A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Born and raised on a farm in middle America, hard labor was a daily part of my life. It wasn't until highschool, after a severe sports injury, that I truly began to appreciate the vital role that movement plays in our well-being. I spent years after this injury in chronic pain. Recovering showed me how movement, strength, and mobility can work together to heal and empower you both in body and mind. I wasn't just stronger physically, and pain free, I was stronger mentally and learned valuable lessons about discipline, motivation, and grit.
As a professional Personal Fitness Trainer, my main passion is to help empower people the same way. Regardless of your goals, every one can benefit from intentional movement in their day to day life.
Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health so you can live a long, happy, healthy life.
