A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Born and raised on a farm in middle America, hard labor was a daily part of my life. It wasn't until highschool, after a severe sports injury, that I truly began to appreciate the vital role that movement plays in our well-being. I spent years after this injury in chronic pain. Recovering showed me how movement, strength, and mobility can work together to heal and empower you both in body and mind. I wasn't just stronger physically, and pain free, I was stronger mentally and learned valuable lessons about discipline, motivation, and grit. I learned the importance of nutrition and how it critically impacted my ability to build the body I needed to live the life I wanted.
As a professional Health and Fitness Coach, my main passion is to help empower people the same way. It motivated me to create the Fit4Life Method, the approach I use with all my clients to help them also achieve the body they need to live the life they want.
Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. The Fit4Life method builds on the four critical aspects of health: using movement, nutrition, recovery, and mindset to create a customized plan to achieve your goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to give you the tools and plan you need to live a long, happy, healthy life in a body you love.
