My Philosophy


Consistency over time is the key to reaching any goal. I believe in small changes over time to achieve lifelong healthy habits. Commitment to this consistency is key to your success whether you have a weight loss goal, want to build strength or muscle, or just aspire to build healthy habits that leave you feeling confident and energized. Developing this mindset will determine your success.


There is not one style of training that fits everyone. Every body is different and I am committed to helping you find the training style that motivates you, excites you, and gets results. Above all, training should be enjoyable! I believe every person should be comfortable with his or her own body, therefore I specialize in bodyweight strength and functional training to help individuals feel strong, confident, and capable in a body they love.


You are what you eat!

Nutrition is the driving force behind any fitness related goal. Reaching your goal will require a nutrition plan that is tailored to your preferences, your training, and your lifestyle. We focus on finding foods that are delicious and exciting to eat, while also being properly balanced in macronutritnets to support your body in reaching your goals. 


Rest is the most underrated aspect of health and fitness. Achieving any fitness-related goal requires proper rest and recovery in order for your body to heal and adapt to your new habits. In a fast-paced world full of stress, busyness, and burnout, rest and relaxation is essential to calming the mind and preparing the body for peak performance in the office as well as the gym. Finding the right balance is key, and a prominent feature of every training program.


I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body, because our bodies are designed to move! My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and making changes that will last a lifetime.

As a fully qualified and accredited trainer since 2014, I know that no fitness journey is alike, and I am committed to helping my clients all over the world find the path that motivates and inspires them toward better health. Whatever shape you’re in, we could all use a bit of professional guidance and encouragement from time to time. Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, I offer in person fitness sessions and health consultations as well as a variety of online programs to help you take control of your health no matter where in the world you call home.
